The Jean in 6 cuts.
Let’s get into this unisex guide and find which jeans cut is good for, you.
We all know the Original of them all, Levi’s 501. This one is the best to represent this cut. The straight cut is the starter, the origin of all jeans. Without being too large or too tight, it can be worn with almost anything. Consequently, that makes this jean so easy to wear. Honestly, this cut can be associated with any other kind of clothing.
This one is almost identical to the Straight, except that the ankle is a little more evasive than the straight. Why is that? Because it used to be The Cowboys jeans, in other words, it’s meant to be combined with boots. So the bigger ankle is to let the boots be worn comfortably with it without looking awkward. Wearing a boot-cut with a V collar sweater or jumper can easily do the trick.
The Loose or boyfriend Jean
The baggy is out and the Loose in. Eventually, there is no real difference between the 2, but a slightly different connotation in fashion sense. The loose is very easy to wear.
The slim is literally the new straight. When slim were all the craze, a lot of guys were worried about the cut that they found too tight. The slim cut is the best type of jeans to wear with tailored fit shirts and blazers.
A graphic t-shirt with skinny jeans is the safest bet.
The Carrot Cut
The carrot cut is an unquestionable answer to the skinny (or the super skinny) for men. It’s skinny on the legs but looser on the crotch area, which means that the zone isn’t too tight and uncomfortable. 📸 Cedric Wilder
So what about Kale now?
A few years ago, the kale craze was taking the world by storm. Whether it was celebrities praising its benefits or fashion magazine telling us that Kale was changing our eating habits, we couldn’t stay away from the popular super green. So today, a few years after the craze, we try to find which foods can replace it.
1. Spinach = Well, Spinach is very versatile, it can be boiled, grilled, eaten raw and definitely finds its place in our kitchen no matter what. It’s also low in fat and cholesterol and high in proteins, vitamins A C E and K (not kidding) and potassium (and more). So yes, it’s healthy.
2. Swiss Chard = For starter if you want to try it, now is the best time (and until November) to get it at its prime. Chard is very similar to spinach, but some might say a bit less bitter.
3 Lettuce = Lettuce has antioxidant properties and is rich in minerals and vitamins. Though not many know that, it can be cooked like any other green (take that spinach!), including sautéing or boiling.
4. Broccoli = It’s also a versatile green plant that can be cooked in many ways, so finding one that pleases you won’t be that hard.

Style Inspiration: The Turtleneck
It's that season again when we can confess our love for the turtleneck. The once dorky top that has become, over time, a fashion staple is on our fave list.

How to keep my summer glow longer?
For those of you who have been tanning this summer, it’s always a deception to go back to work/school and see your glow disappear in just a few days. No worries! We’ve selected some tips for all of you to keep the glow a little longer.
1 - Do not exfoliate often…
We should say do not exfoliate at all! Only when it gets necessary. So the advice we could give you on that is to find a very soft exfoliating shower gel and do it once every 2 weeks. If you didn’t know, exfoliating forces the skin to renew faster, so basically it’ll easily take off your tan.
2 - Drink, drink, and drink…
Water takes a very important place in the procedure of having a beautiful skin. it’s recommended to drink at least a liter of water every day, and it would be really great to reach 1 liter and a half. A hydrated body gives a smooth and beautiful skin. If you don’t drink enough, your skin will get dry and you’ll have a difficult time keeping those beautiful colors with a skin breakage.
3 - …and eat!
It is important to have a diversified eating habit. But to keep your tan, you should add essential food to your diet. Carrots, apricots, eggs, and spinach are part of the foods that help keep this beautiful summer skin.
4 - I’ll have some Vitamin D, please!
Where can we get that amount of vitamin D that we used to have directly from the sun? Well try to drink a full glass of whole milk a day and eat yogurts at the end of your meals. (Or food supplements might do the trick)
5 - Moisturizing!
After your shower, it’s very important to moisturize your skin with an adequate lotion or cream, which doesn’t agress your skin and your tan. Some brands have sun kissed lotions that’ll help unify your tan in a very natural way, stopping you from going to salons. 📸 @rominafa_
