This weeks workouts seemed to be good which is👌🏽🔥🏋🏽♀️💩,
Cannot wait to chill tomorrow 😍🤤, have about 17377 of these leggings from @fashionnova in loads of colours, so damn comfy and warm 💕💙💕.
Got up early enough before work to get a good enough workout in 🙂🙄.
Done some deadlifts, instead of focusing on adding more weight, trying to focus more on my form and control so did only up to 60kg of 4 sets of 3-4, and then going to work my way up 😊🏋🏽♀️🔥🔥, finished off with some other bits for the 🍑🤔.
Lower back isn’t feeling as tight and sore as before so hopefully a good sign 🤗.
Currently lying in bed wanting this damn migraine to go away 🙂🙁🧐.
Wanted to do deadlifts today but would have just made me 🤮 so hoping tomorrow morning ❤️.
Wanted to have a better day but having a migraine since last night ain’t making it happen 😤🤯.
