I am feeling very excited and very optimistic about the week to come! We are starting a new max strength Viking-inspired training cycle @thephoenixeffect. It’s been almost 3/4 of a year since I broke my foot and I’m almost all the way recovered. I haven’t tested 1RM’s in any lift in a long time, and I’m excited to get new baselines and really push myself inside the gym and outside of the gym leveling up my biz. What are your goals for this week?
