1 mile warm up 8 x 400m w/ 200m rest 1 mile cool down . I slept through 3 alarms this morning 😮! I had to choose between cutting my run short or not running at all. As appealing as the latter was because of how tired I was, I chose the first option, and I’m glad I went out and got it done. My watch kept saying I was going too slow during my 400m, but when I looked back at my stats later, I did them way too fast 🙈! Goal was 8:45, but they were all between 7:59 - 8:30. I’ll have to work on my pacing for next time. Really glad to have this run under my belt!
