So honored to have had @talithaphillips, CEO of @clarishealth, with us for Sanctity of Life Sunday to share more about how God has called his church to love our city & this community in celebration of human life. 🙌 As a church, we take part in an annual rhythm of events designed to lead us into active missional engagement by first understanding our mutual poverty with those in need and walking with them into flourishing just as Christ did with us. This the Life Cycle of Renewal. January through March of each year, we focus on what it means to be beloved by God as we celebrate human life, all life. From the unborn to the elderly, from the free to the oppressed, all are worthy of love, dignity, and honor. One of the organizations we proudly partner with in this honoring of human life is @clarishealth. This February, @clarishealth has invited us to join them for an event called "Heart, Head, Hands: Family Care Training" at their family center in Inglewood — an interactive tour to learn more about how the gospel informs their work in the city, to learn how to love our city well, and to participate in a small service opportunity. If you're interested in connecting & participating, you can RSVP now by tapping the link in our bio., and clicking the tab "RSVP: Head, Heart, Hands." All are welcome, but @clarishhealth requests RSVPs ahead of time to collect a head count in preparation for the event. Thank you for joyfully sharing in the privilege of celebrating life with us. See you there!
