#repost the incredible birthing mama @ashleylsipes ▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪ "Remember the roaring person from last night's post? This was me as soon as I was fully dilated. I don't want my screaming to induce anymore fear + anxiety around birth, but I want people to understand that not every birth is silent. I want you to know that it can get loud. You might take a shit on your bed (or wherever you are). Birth is many things. It's transformative, it's loud, it's quiet, maybe you'll cry, it's bloody, you might poop or throw up. That's all okay. It's your birth. Don't let my video scare you, if you're expecting, let it validate all of the different feels that might occur when you're in that moment. Don't fight those feels. Right after transition, I was calm and felt nothing but FER. Mind over matter. Don't let transition mind fuck you. When you start to say ""I can't do it"", you're right there. I encourage to hang out a little longer and reach deep inside of yourself and hold on tight. You got this. The ride will soon be over, when you reach this point. #birth #pregnancy #birthvideo #birthtube #birthstory #birthwithoutfear #mindovermatter #mybodynybabymybirth #letstalkaboutbirthtrauma #birthingaftertrauma #thepositivepregnancyjourney #mamaistheboss #openup #roarandrise #releaseandrecieve"
