Nu sunt sigură că este o soluție pentru toată lumea asta cu "meal prepping" dar există tot felul de trucuri pe care le recomand clienților mei și toți, absolut toți mi-au zis că așa mărunte cum par chestiunile astea, le fac viața muuult mai ușoară în bucătărie.

✓ niciodată nu băga legumele la frigider așa cum le-ai luat de la piață; ia-ți un pic de timp și spală tot, usucă, taie dacă e ceva de tăiat (castraveți, zucchini, morcovi, broccoli, conopidă) și păstrează la frigider în cutii închise ermetic, tapetate cu prosoape de bucătărie care să absoarbă umezeala în exces;
✓fierbe orez, fasole, năut, quinoa, hrișcă pentru toată săptămâna și depozitează la frigider în borcane de sticlă;
✓ fierbe 5-7 ouă, curăță și pune la frigider în cutie închisă ermetic;
✓gătește o dată pe săptămână o cantitate mai mare de tocăniță/curry și pune ce nu manânci pe loc la congelator
✓ dacă mănânci carne, pregătește la cuptor în weekend mai multe feluri (pui. porc, vită) ca să ai variație toată săptămâna.

Aici de față o tocăniță, să îi zicem, gătită pe principiul "să golesc frigiderul înainte de a face piața" - linte roșie, conopidă, ardei gras, avocado + multe condimente + un touch de smântână & coriandru.

Homemade Tomatillo Salsa ✨ - I eat tomatillo salsa almost everyday not only because it’s delicious... but because tomatillos contains a high amount of a compound called tomatidine. 🍅 - Tomatidine has been shown to boost muscle growth (by 10%) and strength (by 30%) AND it protects against muscle atrophy (wasting) caused by illness, injury and aging!! Isn’t that amazing?! 😱🥳 - It’s so easy to make too!: - I put the following ingredients into my air fryer (can do the same using the oven) at 380° and let them roast for about 10-15 mins. Adding garlic during the last few mins since it will cook much faster: - •1lb of green tomatillos •2 jalapeños- •2 Serrano chiles •1/2 a large white onion •3-4 whole garlic cloves Once done, blend all ingredients with desired amount of cilantro. Using aluminum foil as a baking dish is a convenient way to bake fish and vegetables - when you're done eating, you don't have to do any dishes :) . Try our Baked #Salmon: preheat oven to 350°F. Rinse 2 pieces of salmon steaks and sprinkle salt and pepper. Cut 2 medium potatoes, 1 onion, 2 small carrots, and 1 red pepper into straws. Mix 7 oz sour cream and 3 cloves garlic (minced). Add salt and/or pepper to taste. Mix the vegetables with the sour cream sauce. Mold aluminum foil into a baking dish, add salmon and the veggies, and bake it for 40 minutes in the preheated oven. How did I get here? How did my nerdy obsession with nutrition science and the desire to be an entrepreneur come into my life? . . My senior year of high school, I did a project on Parkinson’s disease and learned about how nutrition and genetics affect chronic diseases! I was fascinated! So I went on to graduate from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Nutrition and Health Promotion. . . While I was in college I had some unbelievable opportunities such as working for the USDA Food and Nutrition Services in Washington D.C. and presenting my research on amaranth at a national conference! . . I was accepted to the Medical University of South Carolina Dietetic Internship Program. This is a super big deal since only half of the people who apply to ANY program get accepted, that’s right, I had about a 50% chance of getting in from the get-go. . . For ten months I got hands-on experience and education from seasoned dietitians in the teaching hospital. I worked with cancer patients, in ICUs, and with sick children. I got over 1,200 hours of supervised practice then went on to take the credentialing exam to become a board registered dietitian. . . From that point I moved to middle Georgia to be closer to my fiancé and I scored a job as the only dietitian at a rehab acute care hospital. This experience is what motivated me to start my own business! I saw so many patients who legitimately ate their way into sickness. . . I decided the one or two sessions with these people were not enough! I wanted to work with people before they needed to go to the hospital! I wanted to prevent the illnesses in the first place and help people live longer, healthier, happy lives! . . The weather has been anything but tropical lately, so we're loving the bright colors and flavor of this smoothie by @pineapple_and_coconut, high in protein and enough for two! 🍍🥥 ⠀ ⠀ --Recipe-- ⠀ 🍍 Ingredients: ⠀ ½ cup Coconut milk ( @sodelicious) ⠀ ½ cup Coconut water ⠀ 1 cup Mango (frozen or fresh) ⠀ 1 cup Pineapple (frozen or fresh) ⠀ 1 cup raspberries (frozen of fresh) ⠀ 3 tsp chia seeds ⠀ 2 scoops @truenutrition protein powder (I use Grass-Fed Whey, Vanilla or Unflavored) ⠀ 3 tsp coconut oil ⠀ 1 cup ice (optional) ⠀ ⠀ 🥥 Directions: ⠀ Combine everything but the coconut oil in a blender. Blend until smooth. With the blender motor running on low, open the lid or vent cap on the blender lid and slowly pour in the coconut oil and blend another minute. Divide between two glasses and serve immediately. ⠀ ⠀ 👉 Notes: If using all fresh fruit add the ice to make for a colder, thicker smoothie. If using all frozen fruit no need to add the ice. ⠀ The protein flavor is up to you- though vanilla, coconut or plain is best in fruit-based smoothies.

Cum îți e mai ușor: să planifici și să pregătești mesele în avans sau să te lași dusă de inspirația de moment? .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Nu sunt sigură că este o soluție pentru toată lumea asta cu "meal prepping" dar există tot felul de trucuri pe care le recomand clienților mei și toți, absolut toți mi-au zis că așa mărunte cum par chestiunile astea, le fac viața muuult mai ușoară în bucătărie. . ✓ niciodată nu băga legumele la frigider așa cum le-ai luat de la piață; ia-ți un pic de timp și spală tot, usucă, taie dacă e ceva de tăiat (castraveți, zucchini, morcovi, broccoli, conopidă) și păstrează la frigider în cutii închise ermetic, tapetate cu prosoape de bucătărie care să absoarbă umezeala în exces; ✓fierbe orez, fasole, năut, quinoa, hrișcă pentru toată săptămâna și depozitează la frigider în borcane de sticlă; ✓ fierbe 5-7 ouă, curăță și pune la frigider în cutie închisă ermetic; ✓gătește o dată pe săptămână o cantitate mai mare de tocăniță/curry și pune ce nu manânci pe loc la congelator ✓ dacă mănânci carne, pregătește la cuptor în weekend mai multe feluri (pui. porc, vită) ca să ai variație toată săptămâna. . Aici de față o tocăniță, să îi zicem, gătită pe principiul "să golesc frigiderul înainte de a face piața" - linte roșie, conopidă, ardei gras, avocado + multe condimente + un touch de smântână & coriandru.
