Perfection has no endpoint. . In the spring when things were going so good for me, I would have never imagined my fall and winter would turn out this way. I had huge goals for fall and winter. My only goal I’m worried about right now is to get this foot 100% again. Once that happens I will focus on building back to where I was and then going toward the big goals. . Right now, working towards perfection means doing all of the right things to get over the PF. These things are boring little exercises, lots of stretching, icing, going to appointments and other things that aren’t fun and exciting to post about like nailing a tempo run or a 20 miler. This is the reality. So, if it seems like I’m not posting as much, that’s true, but I am here. I’m still working. Just at this time working is not the same as when I’m healthy and running. I sure hope to be out there again soon. Hope you all have a great night! .
