🦋Acne is such a tedious thing. I see my face like this and i’m not mad but i’m annoyed lol. Because its the small little red dots and pink faded areas on the cheeks that take forever to go away. 🦋I am against creams and washes now. So i’m sure these would’ve gone away with the “help” of a product. But no thanks. 🦋Compared to where my skin was just a year ago to now... i’m super happy! Here are the few steps I took to get my skin where it is today — 🤓Eliminated face washes and creams. I once in a while wash my face with a home made natural paste of baking soda, turmeric powder & honey. 🤓Apply Organic Pure Apple Cider Vinegar on my face nightly. 🤓Eliminated dairy, sugar & all types of vegetable oils from my day to day food stock. I still eat dairy and sugar but thats if im out or craving it. And I use Coconut Oil & Avocado Oil to cook. 🤓Drink btwn 1-2 liters of water a day. Things on the To-Do List to eliminate or replace ✅Fluoride free toothpaste & mouthwash. ✅Chemical free shampoos ✅Chemical free body soap ✅Shower with warm - cool water rather than HOT 🦋For now those are my top 4 changes waiting to be done. 🦋As i’ve mentioned in the past... Acne is a lifelong dealing. Once you pin point your triggers , it will be soo easy to maintain clear skin Holistically! 🦋Don’t give up!
