I’ve always worn pants. Like I have tried all variations of pants. Trousers jeans, legging, jeggings (you get the picture) And whilst I have been forced into the awkward skirt or two. I will probably never feel as comfortable in a skirt as I would if I worn jeans. But that never meant I never envied the girls that were able to rock a skirt. And coming from a conservative country the girls who wore skirts above the knee were always bada**. "undoing" #poem - Rhea Ramjohn I am facing all my fears. Are they really fears though? No. They are my dreams and wishes and hopes, my friend. The "fear" is the fear of failing. The fear of ridicule. I've longed to dive into the adventures I had dreamed up for myself all those decades ago. And here I am, making my way through the tangled mess of self doubt, and the most rewarding discovery of all? There is joy in hard work. There is joy in toiling away at the every step that is necessary in realizing these dreams. There is joy in the feeding the hungry soul within.
