Getting up close and personal with our Great Lakes Benny! Spinach, egg + hollandaise perched on a perfectly lemon + herb infused whitefish cake. We make our cakes in house using Agawa Fishery whitefish and Ange’s special recipe from Golden Child Kitchen. This is a dish that is able to uniquely capture some of our Northern Ontario goodness.
