Simply Guapa was just a twinkle in my eye when this sister photo was taken during Tidbit's opening week back in 2014. ✨ The creativity and sense of community I experienced that week was what inspired me to drive all the way back to Denver, buy a 1980 Chevy bread-van, and create what is now my beloved Simply Guapa. The sad news of the week here in Portland is that the land Tidbit is on has been sold to developers and the last day of business for all these fantastic cart owners will be October 8th. Portland friends, please make sure to come by and eat all the delicious food and shop from my favorite mobile shop buddies here at Tidbit before October. 💛
