Yesterday’s workout cause didn’t bother today cause tired aff 🤯😴. First time trying these bad boys, trap bar deadlifts 🙌🏽🙅🏽. Plus forgot my hair bobbin so it was annoying me af 🙄. Actually quite enjoyed this variation but the grip on the bar is a sore b*tch so put straps around them 🤗. Done 1 warm up set with 40kg & 5 working sets, 3 sets with 40kg, 1 with 50kg & last one with 60kg, left it at that cause didn’t have much time plus done a few other bits 🙂🙃. #deadlifts
Trained twice today just cause, first in the morning a home dumbbell only workout, then the gym a kettlebell only workout just to change it up a bit 🙄🤔🍑🔥🙌🏽. Video is sped up a bit and done some walking lunges and curtsy lunges too but whatever 🙅🏽😎. Done all that 3 times then back to back 💁🏽. Powered by some @iconnutrition & @battleoats 🍪🍼. #monday 🙂.
