Love these 👖💙. One hell of a busy day! 😵☠️. Had a productive morning, got my meals in and my leg workout done 🍑🔥🙅🏽. 6 weeks till holidays! 🌴😍👫☀️. So eating well & training hard af it is 💪🏽🏋🏽♀️. 2 sessions today just because 🙃🙂. 1st in the morning some back with bae & 2nd one in the evening doing some hamstring work. Doing some goodmornings & rdls here, Sped up and trimmed also cause too long 🙄, done over 10 reps each and 3 sets each 🙋🏽. Plus I have a lilll bloat going on so 🙄🙅🏽🤔. #bloated
Had 50 mins to get sweaty so did a quick high intensity bootyyy sesh plus some abs 💁🏽🍑. Just exercises back to back felt like throwing up 🤗🙄🔥. Done pulsing dumbbell squats straight into normal dumbbell squats, then normal lunge to curtsy lunge into pulsing lunges which isn't shown here .. plus a lil more 🙄😵🔥💩☠️. Repeat 3 times then 🤔🙅🏽. #happyfriday
#happyhumpday 🏋🏽♀️. Here's some of the devil split squats & then straight into ones with a pulse, 10 reps of normal ones and straight into 5 reps ones with pulse, repeat 4 times each leg 🔥🍑💩☠️🙃😵. Was still very sore going into this workout but said I'd give it anyway, pulse some core/ab work after 😳🙅🏽💩. Excuse the polo neck too was on my break 🙄🙄.
